Being a sports fan can sometimes feel like a full-time job.
Today it really was.
I starting watching the Wimbledon men’s semifinals at 8 o’clock this morning, and finished at just shy of 5 o’clock this afternoon.
The Novak Djokovic/Juan Martin Del Potro five-set match went down in the record books as the longest Wimbledon semifinal in history. And Andy Murray’s win over Poland’s Jerzy Janowicz took four sets, including a 20-minute stop to put the roof up and turn the lights on Centre Court for the night match.
So….
where do I punch my time card?
Note — this is not my dog, but damn he’s cute!
