Bad Words.

Good movie.
Jason Bateman, traditionally the everyman good guy, is a complete dick — pardon my word choice — as the national spelling bee spoiler; spewing obscenities, he has never been funnier. Rohan Chad, who plays one of his more-appropriately aged competitors and eventual partner in crime, is a perfect foil with his sunny personality and big, brown eyes.
Everything about the movie is prickly and un-PC. The supporting cast wears awful wigs and is terrorized by Bateman. Especially the children.
I enjoyed it very much (even before I realized it had a lot of heart).
